Returns and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This Returns and Refund Policy applies to purchases from Outlaw Supply & Technology (“we,” “us” or “our”), including orders placed through our website or at our physical location.
Blank and Undecorated Products
Blank, undecorated products may be returned within 14 days of purchase or pickup. To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed;
- Be in its original condition and packaging;
- Be free from odours, stains, pet hair and other damage; and
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Clearance, discontinued and specially ordered products are final sale unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Customized and Made-to-Order Products
Customized, decorated, printed, embroidered, engraved, sublimated and otherwise personalized products are final sale once production has begun. This includes:
- Custom apparel and headwear;
- DTF transfers;
- Sublimation products;
- Promotional products;
- Custom artwork and design services; and
- Products ordered specifically for a customer.
These products cannot be returned because of a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or colour, or an error contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval, including:
- Spelling, names and numbers;
- Artwork and design;
- Product style, colour and size;
- Print dimensions and placement; and
- Order quantities.
Approval authorizes us to begin production. An order is not eligible for a refund when the finished product reasonably matches the approved proof.
Digital displays and product photographs may not reproduce colours exactly. Minor variations in colour, placement, dimensions and appearance may occur through normal production processes.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If an order is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from its approved proof or product description, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of pickup.
Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs when possible. We may ask to inspect or receive the affected products before providing a remedy.
After evaluating the order, we may repair, reprint, replace or refund the affected products, as appropriate. Please do not discard defective products unless we authorize you to do so.
Customer-Supplied Products
Customers who provide their own apparel or other products acknowledge that decoration involves heat, pressure, ink, adhesive and mechanical processes. Although we exercise reasonable care, customer-supplied products may react unpredictably because of their material, coating, age or previous treatment.
We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care. We are not responsible for hidden defects, unsuitable materials, inaccurate care labels or pre-existing damage in customer-supplied products.
Customers should provide additional pieces when exact quantities are essential or replacement products are difficult to obtain.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before materials are ordered and production begins. Any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable expenses already incurred, including approved design work, special-order materials and payment-processing costs where legally permitted.
After production begins, customized and made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
Deposits
Deposits secure materials and production time. Unless otherwise stated in a written quotation, a deposit may become non-refundable after special-order materials are purchased or production begins. Any remaining balance must be paid before or at pickup.
